Roll your eyes gently in one direction and then back again three to five times in a row every hour.
Practice focus changes: place a finger a few inches in front of your nose and focus on it, then slowly move your finger away from your face. When your arm is fully extended, look beyond your finger to something far away for several seconds, then look back at your finger. Bring your finger back until it touches your nose, and focus on it the whole time. Then look at an object on the other side of the room and focus on it for several seconds. Repeat this three times.
Palming your eyes: close your eyes and place the warm palms over both without placing pressure. Remain like this for thirty to sixty seconds.
Close your eyes and "look" up and down, then "look" to the left and to the right. Repeat three times in each direction.
